Upcoming retreat experiences
How to attend an upcoming retreat experience:
REQUEST YOUR RESERVATION
Planning time away as a caregiver can be a challenge. We completely understand. That’s why we go the extra mile to plan every detail around you. To get started, let us know your preferred location and time of year for an upcoming retreat experience by requesting a reservation. This is not a commitment or a payment. It allows us to:
Understand your caregiving role and current needs
Ensure the retreat environment will be supportive for you
Invite you into early planning conversations if it’s a potential fit
2. SCHEDULE A SCREENING CALL
After you submit your reservation request, we will follow up with you to schedule a private screening conversation. This is where we provide all the details you’ll need about how we include you in our planning process. This conversation is designed to:
Share how the retreat planning process works
Walk through expectations, timing, and investment
Answer questions and ensure alignment on both sides
3. SECURE YOUR SPOT
We intentionally curate each experience to match the needs of those in attendance. Each retreat consists of small groups (8-15 people) to ensure intimacy and cohesiveness. Once we match you with a cohort that aligns with your preferences, you can submit a deposit to secure your spot.
Deposits are only requested once a viable cohort is forming
The retreat is confirmed only after a minimum number of 8 participants are able to commit to attend
If the retreat does not move forward, all deposits are fully refunded
Our Commitment to You
This process is intentionally thoughtful, not to create barriers, but to ensure that every participant enters an experience where they feel understood, supported, and aligned with others in the room.
